The Conscious Conception Circle is a monthly gathering at my home and a time for women to come together to explore the more emotional and spiritual aspects of conceiving. This is open to anyone who would like to explore more.

Are you thinking about getting pregnant in a year? Currently trying to conceive? Taking a break from trying to conceive? Not sure if you're ready for a baby, but you feel a spirit baby close by? Do you already have children, but would like to invite another child into your family? Have you experienced a loss and are scared of trying again? Did you know you can bond with your baby before you even conceive?

This month I will be joined by the wonderful, Becky Gonzalez. Becky is a doula, massage therapist, pre- and perinatal educator, and leads Sacred Fertility Support groups & Wise Women Circles.

We will be gathering this month to talk about our cycles and how to support our bodies now (for those of us in our teens, 20’s, 30’s) in preparation for menopause. And holding space for those perimenopause or already in the midst of menopause. We have so much to learn from one another let’s share in a rich conversation about our bodies!

When women come together in circle it is powerful. This is a time for you to gather with other women who are going through similar experiences as you. I will hold space and create an experience for you commune with other women, discover deeper ways of connecting to your body, and cultivate a stronger relationship with your intuition.

This month I’m holding space specifically for women who are going through explained or unexplained fertility challenges. This includes women who have experienced loss and who have not conceived.

I’m carrying over a theme that came up in January’s Circle, the theme of play.

Somewhere along the way, we stopped playing as much, or for some of us stopped playing altogether. The reason we stopped may be known or unknown to us. Our earliest experiences have a profound impact on our lives, which is why we’re going to tap into our early experiences and acknowledge the person, experience or moment that kept us from continuing to be playful beings. Through guided imagery and light movement (wear comfy pants!) we will re-discover what it was it like to roll around on the ground and find our toes for the first time, to explore our environment, to take pleasure in the small things. Returning to what play was for us in the beginning of life will help to give us a clue on what we want play to look like now.

NEW YEAR, NEW CIRCLE

For the last couple years I have been holding Conscious Conception Circles for women who are pre-conception/on their conception journey. After watching a few close friends go through partial and full hysterectomies it became clear to me that I need to expand these circles to all women, at every age, every stage. Whether you are trying to understand your cycle, navigating fertility challenges, been through cancer and trying to re-connect with your body, or just want to gather with other women for the sake of connection, I am here to hold space for you and honor wherever you are on your journey.

This January circle is not just about new beginnings, but also about connecting to the wholeness that has always been deep within you. We’re going to revive that wholeness!

In the December Circle we will set the intention to release what no longer serves us so that we can make room for new growth and a new year. I will lead you through guided imagery that will allow you to tap into your subconscious, release old ancestral baggage, and truly hear what’s in your heart.

On September 9th from 10am-2pm Future Generations will be hosting a free Craniosacral Baby Clinic. Is an opportunity for those who could not otherwise afford Craniosacral Therapy for their infant or baby. This is for families who are curious about Craniosacral Therapy and how it can help their baby with things like: 

• Integrating the birth experience
• Tongue and lip tie
• Torticollis
• Plagiocephaly 
• Breastfeeding issues
• Colic
• Gas or reflux
• Sleep 

Sessions are free. Please plan to spend an hour with your practitioner. There are 9 total spots available.

Our womb space is often neglected...not necessarily on purpose, but because most of us have never been encouraged to connect with that part of our body. We will explore different ways to connect with this area of our body and the importance of doing so.

Newly Postpartum? Come learn movements, foods, and tips for healing after giving birth. We'll start with breath work and movement then finish the morning with nourishing postpartum snacks. Wear comfy clothes you can move in and a blanket for your baby(ies) to lay on!
