When women come together in circle it is powerful. The Conscious Women Circles are a time for women of all ages and stages to come together to connect and share in the commonality of womanhood. I hold space and create an experience for you to discover deeper ways of connecting to your body, cultivate a stronger relationship with your intuition, and to re-charge each month.

NEW YEAR, NEW CIRCLE

For the last couple years I have been holding Conscious Conception Circles for women who are pre-conception/on their conception journey. After watching a few close friends go through partial and full hysterectomies it became clear to me that I need to expand these circles to all women, at every age, every stage. Whether you are trying to understand your cycle, navigating fertility challenges, been through cancer and trying to re-connect with your body, or just want to gather with other women for the sake of connection, I am here to hold space for you and honor wherever you are on your journey.

This January circle is not just about new beginnings, but also about connecting to the wholeness that has always been deep within you. We’re going to revive that wholeness!

The Conscious Women Circles are a monthly gathering at my home. This is open to any woman 16+ Circles are donation based. Please RSVP as space is limited to 5 women.
